In 2017, UBP entered into a partnership with a large national wholesaler where we combined our customers to help create the largest Employee Benefits Wholesaler in the country. Today, our combined companies service over 200,000 employers and manage over 4 billion in premiums across 45 US markets.
Our services have expanded to include Employee Benefits, HR Support & Payroll. Together, we are working to provide a complete experience for our customers.

Scott Clendaniel
President
Our Mount Laurel Team is headed by our Senior Broker, Scott Clendaniel, who has over 30 years of experience in the Health Insurance field.
Scott began his career in 1989 with Prudential Insurance working as a Corporate Trainer where he trained 100's of employees on how to process and adjudicate the employee benefits plan of over 100,000 IBM employees.
He went on to become the Director of Medical Underwriting for a large medical reinsurance firm where he worked with over 300 brokers from across the country and underwrote the reinsurance for companies such as Scott's Fertilizer, Clopay Garage Doors and SBARRO Pizza
In 1999, Scott joined the largest employee benefits broker in the Northeast and in his first year, he tripled the production of over 42 brokers to become the #1 Consultant in the company.
