The New Jersey Division on Civil Rights has published answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) about the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA). According to the division, the guidance is intended to facilitate compliance with the NJFLA by clarifying and explaining the division’s understanding of the law’s requirements. The FAQs do not impose any new requirements, rights or obligations that are not included in the NJFLA.
